Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in Northwood provides non-surgical specialised cancer care and treatment to a large number of people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, North West London, North Central London, and parts of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Specialist diagnostic imaging is provided on site by the Paul Strickland Scanner Centre, a specialist medical imaging centre.
We would like to hear about people’s experiences of travelling to and using Mount Vernon Cancer Centre or Paul Strickland Scanner Centre. We also want to hear from those that couldn’t use them for any reasons e.g. maybe you were unable to have treatment because it was too far or too difficult to travel to. Hearing your feedback will help us shape services for the future.
This travel survey is not part of the formal public consultation on the future of Mount Vernon Cancer Centre (although the findings will feed into plans if a decision is taken to relocate the centre). More information on that can be found on the review website https://mvccreview.nhs.uk
A summary of the findings from this survey will be published later this year.
To get your voice heard, please take part by 17th May 2026.
